who do you think you are?....

the weather has been postcard perfect and this long weekend has been a long time coming!

went to a bbq--as you do in summer--and was completely innappropriately dressed.

and didn't give a shit.

i was comfy in my own skin without baring any and had much better convos with all and sundry as i was not constantly wondering if my butt looked big, if my undies were showing or if a nip had slipped. i could sit any how i wanted and managed to participate in cartwheel and handstand competitions, which invariably crop up after a few ciders and pre-meal [note i particapated and did not win] and retain my dignity. success.

i enjoyed myself--even if i looked totally out of place amongst the sea of cut off denim and tank tops--and that's the main thing.
