Well...here he is. My Lil Westie. Or should he be a Lil Shorie? Hmmm...
Say hello to Cooper: my fashion-dude in the making. Wearing a merino striped beanie, cotton wife-beater singlet, thermal striped sleepsuit and the smallest pair of socks I've ever seen.
Unfortunately, his entire outfit is swamped under those blankets but he is only hours old here and I'm not SO selfish as to make him freeze for the sake of blog photos.
I might do a post of his coming home outfit- which was so cute- and leave it at that for Coops. I'll be honest, I was unsure if this post would be considered an overshare and totally off "content/subject matter" but...ahh...stuff it!
Well. Today was supposed to be THE day. D-Day.
But obviously, Lil Westie has different ideas and is pretty happy and chillaxed in there. Maybe I have good in-utero movies?
So we wait.
I beez super fat and super anxious to meet the little fella.

Super sucks waiting.
Outfit posts are becoming a technical difficulty.
Apart from the MAJOR stress of putting things together that:
A] Fit
B] Look Decent
C] Are Remotely Interesting in Terms of Personal Style
or
D] Do Not Make Me Look Like a Manatee...an OLD Manatee...
It is just a nightmare trying to gallump in a timely manner across a room from the-self-timer-button-being-pressed on the DSLR to being posed-and-viewer-worthily-snapped in front of the lens within 10 seconds, without having a hormone-induced meltdown and crumpling into tears on the floor while considering ACTUALLY kicking the tripod and said DSLR across the aforementioned room.
Issues.
I give up.
So. Let's take a different approach. One that enables me to play with clothes, play with camera and NOT dissolve into some angry, irrational, childish being who could do with a time out session on the naughty step.

And it's chilly, so add the scarf-slash-picnic-blanket and the pale blue cable knit topshop socks that I'm actually wearing as I type.
And that's a lot of blue, so add a bright orange lip and burgundy nailpolish to the mix.
